Since 2005, she continues to increase her position among top producers and is currently ranked in the top 1 per cent for sales production. Rachael’s mother, a 30 year veteran in the real estate business, played a large role in her early success and still continues to serve as a member of Rachael’s team. Rachael’s father, a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, instilled responsibility and accountability early in Rachael’s life that she attributes to her impeccable work ethic. Working alongside husband and partner, Ben, her determination, management and leadership skills allow her to be among the top Real Estate agents.
Top Agent Magazine recently featured Rachael in a nationwide article and Who's Who In Business 2011 ranked her among the top 10 female agents in Arizona. Rhonda Richards joined The Rachael Richards Group in 2008 to assist Rachael, her daughter, with her marketing and short sales. Rhonda gained her experience in Southern California as a Residential Real Estate Specialist for 17 years. She was known for her excellent service and short sale expertise. Rhonda was consistently among the top 3% in real estate sales in Southern California and the nation. She retired from Real Estate in 1997 and moved with her husband Ron to Missouri, their home state.
When Rachael entered the Real Estate market, Rhonda served as a consultant and encouraged Rachael to grow her business through hard work and exceptional service to her clients. As The Rachael Richards Group grew, Rhonda stepped in as the Marketing Director and Short Sale Specialist. Inspiration is a “two way street” between Rhonda and her daughter, Rachael. Teamwork is exceptional and to this day the mother-daughter teams have discussions several times a day regarding problems, market conditions and how to continually better serve the clients.
Rhonda’s husband Ron retired from the United States Marine Corps as a fighter pilot so she has experienced living in many parts of the United States and other countries. Her favorite outside interest is spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Real estate is such a rewarding career as it affords me the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful, diverse people. Finding clients just the right home or property after an extensive search is the best feeling in the world! Real estate was a natural career choice for me after 12 years in the teaching profession and online educational field as I am truly a ‘people-person’. Being on Rachael’s team is great as I have the support and experience of her whole team behind me. Officially I have been in real estate for just about a year, but unofficially I have been finding homes for my friends for years!
Living in Phoenix for nearly 20 years qualifies me as a ‘native’. However, I literally grew up all over the world, following my father during his lifelong service in the Air Force. I think that is one reason why I love meeting new people so much!

Cameron began his real estate career in 2010 and is dedicated to exceeding client expectations through communication, collaboration, and credibility. He has eight years of home building experience along with a degree in Business Marketing and Management to contribute to his career. The knowledge he demonstrates of home structure and quality make him a great asset to be on your side. Cameron believes in providing the highest level of customer service by educating his clients and staying on top of emerging trends in the market. His attention to detail and hard work provide you with a hassle free experience and guide you through the transaction from start to finish. He values an honest relationship and protects his client’s interest as if they were his own.

Lynn started in the Real Estate business in 1993, and has been going strong since. Realizing early on that her forte was in facilitating the paperwork and managing the office and her agents, she stepped up to the plate and made her dream come true. A single parent at the time, Lynn worked hard at doing the most in the time she had, and was able to spend as much time with her children as she could. As they have grown, so has she. Attaining her Broker’s License in 2007.
Lynn has put her knowledge to work within The Rachael Richards Group as their office manager, and the paper pusher. Called the “Queen of Paperwork” by her co-worker and friends, The Rachael Richards Group knows that it can rely on Lynn’s experience to get the job done correctly. Lynn’s biggest joy is in knowing her job contributes to the success of her agents, and the joy in a job well done shows. Lynn has two children, a daughter-in-law, a wonderful significant other that she can’t live without, and two crazy dogs. When time allows, Lynn enjoys reading, watching TV and going out for expeditions with her kids.

Erin started in the Real Estate business very recently, but is no stranger to excellent customer service, as she learned what that was working in the hotel industry. Knowledgeable in computers, an experienced communicator via the telephone and email, she has become a valuable support in our office, assisting with paperwork and marketing to further The Rachael Richards Group and their continued success.
